Requirements
Can I use my international driver's license?
Valid drivers licenses issued in your state or country is acceptable as well as international licenses as long as translation to english is included on the same drivers license.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, insurance is required by state law. Companies accepted: Geico, State Farm, Progressive, All State and Liberty Mutual. An administrative fee of $29.99 may apply for adding, transfering or validating a personal insurance policy and not accepted on all conditions. Insurance policies from Outside of the U.S. (Including Canada, Puerto Rico and Hawaii) are not accepted.
Personal insurance policies must include a minimum of USD 300,000.00 Property Damage Liability/Bodily Injury Liability coverage and provide full (liability and collision) for rental vehicles. Some bookings might have additionals requirements for insurance.
What are your age requirements?
Drivers must be between 25 to 75 years old in order to drive without additional charges.
Drivers between 21 and 25 years old are allowed for an additional fee of $14.99 per day.
Service
Do you pick up and drop off customers?
Yes, we offer a free complimentary pick up and drop off service to all customers.
Do you deliver and pick up the vehicle?
Yes, we do provide these services. Please contact the office directly for rates. (Rates may vary depending on distance and time)
Do you pick up at the airports?
Yes, we pick up from the airport (Rental Car Center) Stop No. 1 and dropoff at the same location.
Do you deliver at the hotels?
Yes, we do deliver at hotels but customer needs to be present to sign your rental contract.
Do I required the Toll Pass?
In Miami most of our highways are paid for and most of then do not have cash lanes or toll both to stop and pay for. The toll pass in always suggested but not mandatory.
Method of payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, credit card, wire transfer, Zelle, debit card or prepaid cards are accepted(additional charges or requirements may apply for all forms of payments that are not a mayor credit card).
Can I use somebody else's card for renting a vehicle?
Yes, but the card holder must present themselves with proper i.d. to sign the rental contract. Additional driver's fee do apply and additional insurance may be required to protect both drivers.
Deposit
Do I need a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required for security purposes. The amount of the requested deposit may vary depending on the insurance policy and will be clear or be refunded autmoticaly within 5 to 10 business days after dropping off the vehicle. Security deposits process on forms of payments different than a mayor credit card may take longer to clear depending on your banking institution.
How much is the deposit?
The deposits is based on the type of vehicle and insurance deductible. Deposits can range from $250.00 to $2500.00.
Type of vehicles
What type of cars do you have?
We have economy, compact, mid size, full size, convertibles, vans, SUVs.
Do you have automatic or stick shift cars?
All of our cars are automatic.
Do you have air conditioned cars?
Yes, all our cars have air conditioning.
Do you rent cars by the hour?
Minimun period of rental is 1 business day and you can dropp it of any time without additional charges.
Accessories
Do you offer accessories with your rentals?
We do have accessories that can be rented with the vehicles. The accessories are a baby seat, cell phones, and GPS systems.
Additional charges
Is there an additional charge for more than one driver?
Yes, additional charges apply when rental vehicle is to be driven by more than one person.
Is there an additional charge for fuel?
Fuel must be brought back the same way it was given to you.
Is there an additional charge for underage?
Yes, it only applies to customers that are 21-24 years old.
Out-of-state
Can I drive out-of-state?
Vehicles can only be within the state. Contact us for additional fees to take vehicles out-of-state.
Do I get unlimited miles?
Out of state and international costumers get unlimited miles (2000 miles max. per rental) .
Florida costumers have an allowance of 50 miles per day. Additional miles are available at an additional fee.
Monthly Special
If I rent a vehicle for a month can I get a good price?
Yes, vehicles can be rented by the month and receive a special offer.
Discounts
Do you have AAA, travel agencies or airport employee's discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts to members of any one of these associations.
Do you offer coupons?
Yes we do, you can print it out from the web site when available.
Returning vehicles
If I have a flight leaving during your closing hours, is there anywhere I can leave your vehicle?
Yes, we have a drop off service. Let us know in advance for instructions on where to leave your vehicle.
